If you require specific help or advice regarding disabled
facilities please contact the
Coronation Hall Manager who will discuss
your requirements with you.
The Building
Coronation Hall is situated in the middle of town at street
level – it is not accessed by steps.
Carers
If you require the full time assistance of a
carer or personal assistant, special arrangements can be
made. Please contact the
Coronation Hall Manager to
arrange an appointment to discuss your requirements.
Emergencies

Guide Dogs
Guide dogs are permitted in all public areas of the Coronation
Hall, and are allowed in the auditorium. They can stay
with their owner throughout a performance, however please advise
the
box
office staff when making your booking and ask for an
aisle seat.

Lift
A lift is available for access to the upstairs supper
room and bar. If you need assistance please ask a member of staff
or a steward.
Loop
System
There is a loop system in the Supper Room and the Main
Hall which can be used during performances. The type of show
determines whether the loop system is in use. If you wish to
use the loop system please check with the
box office prior to purchasing tickets.
Toilet facilities
Toilets are situated in the foyer
- Ladies toilets – 6 cubicles and 1 disabled
lavatory
- Gents Toilets – Urinals, two cubicles, one for disabled
- Unisex toilet for people with disabilities and wheelchair
users
Please note :The toilets can get
very busy pre-show, during the interval
and afterwards. The foyer in particular gets
congested
Wheel chair access
The main part of the building including the main hall
auditorium is easily accessible by wheelchair. The upstairs Supper
room and bar can be accessed via a lift; see above.
The balcony cannot be accessed by wheelchair.
